The Attitude of Gratitude 7-day Gratitude Challenge is where each day during a challenge I will post an area of focus for our daily gratitude, and your challenge is to reply to that post with what you are most grateful for. Challenge is in progress but it is never too late to jump in. Studies have shown that an attitude of gratitude has the single highest correlation with experiencing happiness.
